If I need plumbing, they will be the first ones I call. I can’t say enough good about the company and their employees. Ron Chambers was here today about my circuit breakers and he was wonderful.

Jim was our electrician for numerous projects in our house. He was here all day and did work inside and out. The list: removed old street light and capped off, replaced all new exterior lights front and back, he ran a new power line and installed a fan for the covered patio, converted an old 220 volt outlet to 110 volt for next year's Christmas lights, put up 2 interior fixtures above the kitchen and dining room, plus added dimmers, fixed a faulty double switch we had in the garage and replaced a bad plug. Jim was fantastic to work with and had all the needed tools, supplies, and knowledge to complete the job. When we asked about something he would stop and explain to us what and why. I would use Diamond again but would always ask for Jim. He is our electrician for good. Thank you, Jim, for the wonderful experience you gave us. Ed and Lee

My breaker kept tripping when the heater came on. Jared came out and took a look and knew it wasn't my furnace. He called the office, the electrician came out, Josh (I didn't have to call another company), and he figured out it was my breaker and fixed it. Thank you for being so wonderful. Everyone from the office to each technician, y'all were friendly and explained it all to me! I'll definitely call Diamond for all my HVAC and electrical issues. I'll definitely recommend!

UPDATE: Changed review from 4 to 5 stars. The manager looked over my invoice and realized the newish technician had overcharged me and refunded me almost half of my money back. I usually have great service with Diamond for HVAC. They are always friendly and knowledgeable—but $500 for an electrician to tell me that all my light sockets are fine and I just need to purchase better quality lightbulbs seems excessive, especially for a customer that has been with you for several years and pays $20 monthly for the Silver Plan. And quoted another $500 just to replace 5 smoke detectors?? Although the technician was very nice and knowledgeable, I doubt I’ll be calling Diamond for any electrical issues in the future.
