We called on Sunday and they were there to make an appointment for Monday. The two plumbers that came out were very nice and helpful. They answered all of our plumbing questions, quite a few that weren’t specific to this issue. They gave us a couple of options and we selected the one that was best for us. They cleaned up their work area. If we have another plumbing issue, Diamond will be the first call.

The Diamond team is great! They call and email when they're on their way, letting you know who's coming, often with a picture. They wear covers on their shoes to protect your floors, explain what they found, give you options, and never pressure you. I have a new toilet after 31 years, and it was installed in half the time they estimated since Jerry brought a helper. I really appreciate their level of service!
