The project we contracted Diamond to complete required both electricians and plumbers. Everyone we've worked with has represented the same values of hard work and consideration.

I texted in an electrical problem early that morning and was scheduled for an afternoon service that same day. I received professional service and repair to a bad circuit breaker. The technicians installed 1 replacement and 2 new GFI’s that were recommended. The work was explained to me during the repair and at the completion of the project.

Jim was great to work with! We had two other companies come in to quote us for installing a recessed media plate behind our TV and he came up with the cleanest install. I was at work, so my wife let him and his associate in and they were very kind, informative, and helpful, keeping not only my wife in the loop but me as well. They were able to install the day of, and did a fantastic job. Will be using Diamond again in the future.

He was friendly and courteous while being thorough and responsive. Once he found the issue, for our case, it was a simple fix. He fixed it and our rooms and smoke detectors have power again.
