Jose did a great job communicating what was going on with our water heater and the best way to address it. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was trying to replace it since it was leaking. There was not one in your storage area, so he took the time to call a couple of providers with no response. We appreciated his going the extra mile to try to get the water heater repaired on Sunday. He will be back Monday morning to complete the task!

As a woman over 60, I’ve unfortunately experienced how easily people like me can become targets for dishonest contractors—especially when they see signs of stability or wealth. But Jose was the complete opposite: professional, kind, and deeply knowledgeable.
He inspected my water heater and softener and immediately pointed out serious issues with the installation—none of it up to code. He couldn’t believe it had passed inspection. Jose not only explained everything in detail but went out and purchased the correct parts himself. He even installed a high-end protective component at no charge.
When I offered to reimburse him for additional salt and a splitter I needed for my professionally designed waterfalls, he refused. His integrity, work ethic, and compassion were exactly what I needed during a difficult time.
As a professor and medical professional, I hold extremely high standards. Jose exceeded everyone. If I were grading him, he’d be valedictorian—well beyond a perfect 4.0. Job Done Right
I came home to a flooded-out garage, our 23-year-old water heater was leaking from the flue above the burner. I shut off the valve so we still had cold water, and after reading a lot of reviews, I called Diamond. They were closing soon but still sent out a tech. Nicholas showed up within the hour and made a call to his boss, who said they had a similar heater in the warehouse and could install it the same night. He did an amazing and thorough job and explained all the new features. The diagnosis was a ruptured tank because of a buildup of pressure and the age of the unit. Overall, I definitely recommend Diamond and Nicholas if you want a job done right. Thanks.
