Exceptional Installation Experience
Our HVAC system is 18 years old and running a little hard to keep us cool in the summer. Seems like every other year we have a "gizmo" fail that costs $300-500 and heats the house up. So, we asked Diamond for a bid to replace our existing furnace and AC. We knew it would be a significant amount, but also knew that it would be less money now than in another few months. Plus warm weather is coming. Jason did a great job of analyzing our home, our needs, and our budget. He was able to save us some money. Diamond does great work for a fair price. Stay tuned for our review once the new system has been installed, including a new duct system. And now for the update AFTER the equipment installation. Todd and Dylan and their team did a great job installing our new furnace and A/C unit. The guys removed all of our existing ducting and installed new ducting on the first day. They also removed the old furnace and A/C unit. As you would expect, removing the old duct work was dirty, but they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. All we needed to do was dust. On day two of the install, two guys set up the new furnace and A/C unit. Some fabrication needed to be done to make the furnace match up with the new duct work, which they did very well. Then the tech went over each piece of equipment with me, and how to work the new smart thermostat. Overall, this experience was great for us as the homeowners. The Diamond team did great work and kept us informed of the day's plan and what to expect. With new equipment, and the Diamond maintenance package, we anticipate years of living in a comfortable home.
