I am very impressed with Diamond! I had my furnace, AC, and hot water heater replaced, and the entire process was made seamless and easy by the team. Derik and Steven were my installers, and they were just the best. Steven even helped me out on a quick side project, unrelated to the main job. Derik always had a smile on his face, and it was clear that he took pride in his work. He also took a lot of time explaining the new system to me, and even let me practice removing the filter while he was there so that I would know how to do it later on my own. From the time my furnace broke to when I had my new system, I felt that I was in good hands. Sky, the comfort coordinator, even dropped off a loaner cooler as temps hit 99 that week. This is a great company with a great team!

We were very happy with Diamond. We especially appreciate how they stepped up to resolve a Rheem supply issue that would have left us without cooling for an unreasonable amount of time. And their commitment to getting our new heating/cooling system to work optimally in our home. Thank you! Jason was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job explaining our options. A pre-installation visit from Roland and Ryland was reassuring and helped them come up with the best installation options. Led by Mitch, our installers were Derik, Steven, and Josh. They were a friendly, capable, and professional group. I particularly want to acknowledge Derik for his work in the crawlspace installing a new, hard-to-get-to vent. Plus, his ensuring that some other ducting was attached correctly both in the crawlspace and garage attic.

Monday 2/3/25 I got a new furnace and AC unit installed by Jonah and Derrick. Jonah was quiet, but got the job done. Derrick was awesome! He worked really hard and still had time to occasionally interact with me, pleasantly and professionally. Derrick has a wonderful sense of humor and a winning personality and, as an apprentice, he showed excellent skill and initiative in explaining things to me and making sure I was satisfied with Diamond's service. He even laughed at my dumb jokes as I named my new AC unit 'Moby' because it's a big gray whale! My only negative was that I had to wait seven days for the install, which meant a week of no heat and living in a 55° house. Diamond did loan me a space heater, but Jason said it was an energy suck so not to use it more than I had to. One idea might be for Diamond to offer a weekend install for an extra fee... That way it's more the customer's choice to wait out the weekend.

Our HVAC system is 18 years old and running a little hard to keep us cool in the summer. Seems like every other year we have a 'gizmo' fail that costs $300-500 and heats the house up. SO, we asked Diamond for a big do replace our existing furnace and AC. We knew it would be a significant amount, but also knew that it would be less money now than in another few months. Plus, warm weather is coming. Jason did a great job of analyzing our home, our needs, and our budget. He was able to save us some money. Diamond does great work for a fair price. Stay tuned for our review once the new system has been installed, including new duct system. And now for the update AFTER the equipment installation. Todd and Dylan and their team did a great job installing our new furnace and A/C unit. The guys removed all of our existing ducting and installed new ducting on the first day. They also removed the old furnace and A/C unit. As you would expect, removing the old duct work was dirty, but they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. All we needed to do was dust. On day two of the install, two guys set up the new furnace and A/C unit. Some fabrication needed to be done to make the furnace match up with the new duct work, which they did very well. Then the tech went over each piece of equipment with me, and how to work the new smart thermostat. Overall, this experience was great for us as the homeowners. The Diamond team did great work and kept us informed of the day's plan and what to expect. With new equipment, and the Diamond maintenance package, we anticipate years of living in a comfortable home.

The HVAC installers from Diamond, led by Jonah today, were very professional. They were friendly and efficient, starting their work today as scheduled. They were very communicative about any difficulties they encountered and solutions that would be used, e.g., fixing the plumbing to the O/S unit, installing the condensation pump, etc. We were revisited during the day by our outstanding sales consultant Sky, who helped us every step of the way in making our repair vs. replace decision prior to this.
