A big crew showed up; they worked like busy bees. The furnace and all the duct work was in very quickly. The old was out, cleaned up like they were never here. During the installation, they ran into a hiccup with the AC unit, which they weren't even working on. They installed a couple of things to fix it without charging me anything. They are and will continue to be our go-to HVAC and plumbing people.
