Heater Failed on Coldest Day
Unfortunately, I seem to have to always call Diamond in an emergency. Today, coldest day so far this season, my heater failed. I should have listened to the last Diamond tech that told me the flame sensor needed replacing. I just crossed my fingers it would last until spring, but no luck. Amy got me booked immediately and Anthony arrived within the hour. He replaced the sensor and was done in about 44 minutes. Thanks again, Diamond, for putting the flame back under my you-know-what!

Wow.... just WOW.... Our furnace stopped working during the night, and we called Diamond first thing in the morning. They said it would be the afternoon before someone could make it. At 9 a.m., I had a call from a tech, Apollo, and he was on the way. The blower motor was bad, so he ordered one, ran to Boise from Nampa, and returned in a short time to install and get heat back to our cold home. There is NONE better than Diamond Heating and Cooling!!!!! Thanks, Heather and Apollo!!!

Great After Hours Service
Diamond Heating and Cooling was nice to work with and they have great after-hours service. My heater went out on a cold Saturday evening and they had techs available and kept me informed of when they would arrive. Anthony (tech) did a great job and explained everything. Furnace was up and running by 3pm
Furnace failed. Called at 10 a.m. for emergency service. Tech arrived at 1:30, diagnosed the problem, answered my questions, required part was delivered by one of his colleagues, and my system was up and running by 3 p.m. 😀

This was the best service I have ever received. I called; the furnace did not work, and we were starting to get very cold. Eric came right over, found the problem, called the office, and they sent a parts guy over. Eric installed it, and we were fixed in no time. Great service. Will definitely use them again.
