I loved this company! Diamond took time to study the bid and pictures from another company. They found this other company had left a loose wire that left me with no AC for 4 days. Even after sending a 2nd repairman, the error wasn’t caught and fixed. Diamond ran me through their needed repair list and recommended $235 worth of work instead of the $800 the first company wanted. I am so glad I got a 2nd opinion with Diamond. I will never use anyone else!

I searched through several HVAC companies, but Diamond Heating and Cooling stood out as the only one that didn’t have an out-of-state answering service. They promptly called me back and offered to service my unit on Labor Day without any additional charges. Although the diagnosis and completion of the job took several days, my service technician, Andrew, was exceptional. He kept me informed throughout the process, explained my concerns in a non-technical manner, and demonstrated remarkable expertise in his field. The technician Diamond sent out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained what was wrong with my AC unit and how to avoid having to go through fixing it again, and even offered me financing as well to help pay for it. They also have a member service program for reducing the cost of service calls, guaranteeing a technician to come out within 24 hours without any extra charges for weekends or holidays, and regular servicing of the whole heating and cooling system including filter replacement. Such a great deal, I will not have to shop around for an HVAC repair service ever again! So thankful for my neighbor Amy for the recommendation!

Had an A/C issue and Diamond sent Apollo P. out the same day. Such excellent service and what a great guy. He explained upfront what was going on and how much the repair would cost. Installed a better drain that was there before, so I can self-service it if it clogs again. Even showed me a few things on my thermostat that will be very useful. I've been a Diamond customer for about 8 years now, and every experience I've had has been good. Would highly recommend Diamond and Apollo in particular!
