First-time user of Diamond Heating and Cooling, but definitely not the last! Our tech was Robbie and he came out to our location to service our Generac system. He was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and down to earth. If all techs at Diamond are this way, then they will be in business for years to come. He called ahead, as I had requested, and is probably the most genuine young man I have met in a long time. He was willing to answer all my questions and provided me with extra info on my system as well. I post reviews when I feel like they may help others in deciding what company to use. It's never fun to get with a business that doesn't really seem interested in anything but your money. I never had that feeling with Diamond. From the time I contacted them to the service, everything was so well done. As a customer, I feel 100% taken care of and important. Josh did a great job today. He came out to service our whole house Generac generator (oil, air filter, spark plug) and to diagnose a battery problem code. In the end, no issues with the system and was able to clear the error message. Josh was super informative and friendly. I'm hoping to see Josh again next year for the yearly service.
